About the role
As a Standard Executive Partner/Executive Assistant, the role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks. In addition to managing project schedules, executive tasks and handling confidential information, you will actively participate in the recruitment process of all projects when necessary. This involves coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and managing communication with various stakeholders alongside the HR department. Your organizational skills will be crucial in streamlining the hiring process, from posting job listings to onboarding new personnel. The ability to balance administrative duties with recruitment tasks is essential, making this role dynamic and requiring a strategic approach to support both executive functions and talent acquisition efforts.


Responsibilities
• Work with the HR department to identify possible candidates for the different openings.
• Cold outreach and follow-up for recruitment.
• Engage in creative problem-solving, applying innovative solutions to operational challenges.
• Helping complete the items on business checklists.
• Keep focused on the company´s goals.
• Improve operational efficiency in all active projects throughout the use of technology, leveraging tools like Google Workspaces to automate tasks and refine business workflows.
• Assist in the development of maintenance of administrative processes and procedures.
• Handle communications with professionalism and tact, effectively representing or acting as an extension of the company in dealing with internal teams and external partners.
• Document processes and systems.

Candidate requirements
• High level communication skills: both written and verbal.
• Graduated from Business Administration or related fields.
• Prior experience in administrative support roles: preferred but not required.
• Bilingual: C2 English level
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress.
• High developed self-awareness and leadership skills
