Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the logistics department, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Managed and led a team of logistics staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
Analyze data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
Must possess or be eligible to obtain a U.S. visa for a 3-month training program in the United States.
