Position Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team, with a focus on supporting our towing and vehicle pickup services. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations, assisting customers, dispatching tow services, and ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate towing and vehicle pickup schedules with drivers and customers across multiple locations
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to towing services and vehicle status
Track the status of pickups and provide timely updates to customers and internal departments
Maintain accurate logs and records in our internal systems, including photos, documents, and service notes
Resolve customer issues and delays with professionalism and urgency
Communicate with auctions, dealers, and private sellers to confirm pickup details and documentation
Support the logistics team with shipment planning and dispatch coordination
Ensure all processes follow company policies and compliance standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus
2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service (preferably in vehicle transport, dispatch, or towing)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/tracking software
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to have a 2-month training in the USA.
