Position Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our towing and vehicle pickup operations by ensuring clear, timely communication with customers, partners, and drivers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual, and committed to providing outstanding service throughout the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding towing services and vehicle status.
Coordinate towing and vehicle pickup schedules between customers, drivers, and logistics partners across multiple locations.
Track the status of vehicle pickups and proactively provide updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including uploading photos, documents, and service notes.
Resolve customer concerns or delays with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Communicate with auctions, dealers, and private sellers to confirm pickup details and required documentation.
Support the logistics team with dispatch coordination and shipment planning.
Ensure all customer interactions and logistics processes comply with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination, preferably in vehicle transport, dispatch, or towing industries.
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/tracking software.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Willingness and availability to complete a 2-month training period in the USA.
