We’re looking for a skilled Recruiter with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes to help attract top talent for administrative roles in the U.S. market, particularly within the medical and legal sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Write clear, engaging job descriptions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support offer preparation and negotiation.
Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
Advanced English (mandatory).
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in dynamic environments or BPOs.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing best practices.
