?? What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our logistics operation, supporting our towing and pickup services by keeping customers, drivers, and partners informed every step of the way.
Whether you're confirming pickup details, solving issues on the flight, or ensuring customers feel confident and cared for, your role is essential to delivering the Port-to-Port promise.

?? Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries about towing and vehicle pickup
• Coordinating schedules between drivers, customers, and logistics partners across multiple locations
• Tracking vehicle pickup status and sharing proactive updates with clients
• Uploading and managing service photos, documents, and internal notes
• Resolving delays or concerns with a calm, solution-focused approach
• Communicating with auctions, dealers, and sellers to confirm documentation
• Supporting the team with planning, dispatch, and logistics coordination

? What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience (2+ years preferred) We value people who know how to build trust and solve problems
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office (experience with logistics systems is a plus!)
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and available to attend a 1-month training in the U.S. (US Visa is a must)
