Descripción de la Oferta

Responsibilities:

Assist in purchasing supplies, basic tools, and office materials for operational sites.
Help research and contact vendors to compare prices and delivery times.
Support the coordination of deliveries between our offices in Delaware, Florida, and Texas.
Monitor basic inventory levels and alert the team when reorders are needed.
Ensure purchasing activities follow internal policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the procurement and operations teams.

Requirements:

Valid U.S. visa (must be available to travel for 3 months for training in the U.S.).
Up to 6 months of experience in administrative support, purchasing, or logistics preferred.
Intermediate to advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of suppliers, tools, or office equipment is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and basic procurement systems.
