We’re a mission-driven immigration law firm based in New York, and we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Intake & Administrative Specialist to join our growing team. If you're organized, empathetic, and sales-minded—with excellent communication skills in both languages—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in guiding them through the intake process, answering questions, and keeping our systems running smoothly. This is a remote, full-time role, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from new and current clients
- Schedule and confirm consultations and follow-ups
- Monitor communication channels and ensure clients receive updates
- Translate and relay attorney responses when needed
- Update client records in our case management system and Google Drive
- Sales & Intake
- Engage and qualify new leads; schedule consultations
- Support lead follow-up and conversion efforts
- Close consultations and secure same-day or early payments
-Track lead engagement and report insights

Admin & Support
- Send intake forms and collect documents from clients
- Prepare and manage engagement letters, invoices, and payment tracking
- Maintain client folders and case updates
- Deliver USCIS notices and support client communications

Who You Are:
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) – both written and spoken
- Professional, warm communicator with a strong client service mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy – experienced with Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM systems
- Background in legal, immigration, or client-facing roles preferred
- Sales-oriented and proactive—comfortable closing consultations
- Able to work independently in a remote setting

Role Details
- Type: Full-time position
- Schedule: EST business hours (between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
