2+ Years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant with a large knowledge in Labor Law and procedures.
Essential Duties & Frequency Performed
?Provides Support related to all HR activities. Provides assistance and coordinates daily personnel policies, programs and plans.
Skills & Abilities:
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak clearly and with a friendly voice, and to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ability to carry out instructions in written or verbal form.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality by exercising tact and maturity in sensitive situations.
Ability to work regular predictable attendance is a requirement
Solid knowledge of computers and software applications including spreadsheet Microsoft Excel, word processing Microsoft Word, and e-mail Microsoft Outlook software applications
Job Experience:
Two 2 years as HR Assistant or any related position with labor law
Proven experience with Labor Law
University Graduate in Industrial Relations, Psychology or related fields
