We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate of recruiting, training, and people program activities, employee on-boarding support, Honduras benefits administration, and employee data transactional support services while working closely with all functional areas of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in relates Human Resources positions.
• Experience in Training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill. Ability to communicate effectively with all professional levels within the organization.
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently – able to complete projects and assignments start to finish
• Interest and attention to details ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Results oriented, proactive and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment
• Proven excellence in Customer Service and Support
• Possesses good judgement and discretion.
• Proven track record of delivering quality results
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English required. Portuguese Desired
RESPONSABILITIES
• Accountable for monitoring and responding to employee inquiries and requests delivering excellent customer service and escalating or re-routing requests to other areas.
• Manages Employee Relations cases including investigations and resolution, discipinary actions, etc.
• Responsible for tracking employee inquiries and resolutions and progress against key performance indicators.
• Prepares monthly activity reports summarizing employee center support activity against set service level agreements and KPIs.
• Coordinates training content and logistics in partnership with the Learning Department
• Performs recruitment coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, candidate communication and coordination, publish open positions, and schedule, review and re-route pre-employment assessments, and offer package preparations
• Conducts all New hire activities from: orientations and assitance with on-boarding schedules
• Compiles and maintains accurate electronic and paper employee records. Manages and/or coordinates all employee data transactions and changes
• Uses electronic portals, bulletin boards and other vehicles to communicate information to the internal customers.
• Administers health and wellness plans including enrollments and terminations and vacation administration.Processes required documents through insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
