This position is responsible for processing manifest export documentation within established deadlines and regulatory requirements. May receive, reconcile, consolidate and/or summarize documents and information from customers.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To clean and prepare the required lists and manifests prior to the vessel departure and timely deliver them to the office at the Honduras port and USA Customs. Timely prepare and clean all the list for vessels once they have departure to resend manifest to USA Customs with the real information regarding the exported equipment. Elaborate Bookings and Export Documents for customers as the corrections needed both prior or after vessel departure. Coordination for empty containers to customers plants and loaded container from customer plants to Puerto Cortes. Follow up of customers’ needs providing solutions and excellent customer service. Follow up for OPC email assuring an assertive communication to prevent export issues for both Crowley and the Customer. The elaboration of reports and delivery of invoices.

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in international trade business administration or related fields.

EXPERIENCE: 1-year experience in the transportation area.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

COMPETENCIES: Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external people. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team.
