Are you a people-driven professional with a passion for Human Resources and operational excellence?

At Port to Port International Corp., we are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in San Pedro Sula. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across multiple HR functions, and is looking to grow within a regional structure.


?? Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

Administer payroll, employee benefits, and labor compliance.

Guide employees on company policies, HR practices, and labor laws.

Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.

Collaborate with leadership to meet workforce planning and HR strategy goals.


?? What We’re Looking For:


Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of HR generalist experience.

Solid knowledge of Honduran labor law and payroll processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Bilingual: Spanish and English (advanced level).
