Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support to HR Dept. according Company policies.
• Establish and improve human resource policy, procedure and practice in regards people management, recruitment and organizational development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related major.
2. Basic experience in a middle size IT or Telecom Company. Focused on at least one of the following function: recruitment, training and development, staff relationship, labor compliance.
3. Excellent spoken and written English.
4. Self-driven, service-oriented, result-oriented, a team player, diligent, adaptable and resourceful, adapt to work under pressure.
5. Excellent people skills
6. Adapt to work in the environment of cross-culture and diversity
7. Living in SPS
