Position Objective: Provide accounting and administrative support in the purchase, sale, registration, and collection processes related to auctioned vehicles, ensuring accurate accounting traceability, compliance with internal policies, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Record purchases and sales of auctioned vehicles in the accounting system.
Control and reconcile buyer payments and commission collections.
Coordinate post-auction collections with the Dealer Sales team.
Verify supporting documentation (titles, invoices, receipts).
Issue invoices to clients and perform bank reconciliations.
Follow up on pending payments and coordinate vehicle release with operations.
Maintain digital and physical filing of accounting and operational documents for each auction event.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, preferably in auctions, automotive, logistics, or trade industries.

Technical Knowledge:
Experience with accounting systems (SAP BO, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
Solid understanding of the accounting cycle and income/expense records.
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Familiarity with auction or vehicle sales operations (preferred).
